The staff at Shu's Idaho Running company is a dedicated crew. You will find our experience runs deep in outdoor escapades, from horseback riding, snow boarding and rock climbing, to rowing and adventure racing. We even have an All-American LaCrosse player, a Nationally ranked Skier and a World Champion jump roper on staff to help you!
