All track and field events will begin at 8:00am.

Please note we have added Hammer Throw this year. It will be at NNU in Nampa on Friday 8/18 at 11:00 am.

All heats will be run from youngest to oldest. Some events such as the 1500 and 800 will compete simultaneously if not enough participants in an age group. Field events will be run in an open pit format.
