Join us on February 23rd, 2024 for the Science with Style Gala, the Center’s largest annual fundraiser. This year, we need your help!

Our goal for our Gala is to raise $200,000 to better meet the needs of our growing and diverse community now and for the next 30 years. A full interior and exterior renovation of our building will allow us to offer state-of-the-art exhibitions currently unavailable to us, along with expanded educational outreach programming for students, educators and the general public.

With your help, we can reach more visitors and better secure our position in Boise as a lasting beacon of curiosity for future generations.

 When: Friday, February 23rd, 2024 from 5-9pm
 Where: Jack’s Urban Meeting Place (JUMP), 1000 W Myrtle St, Boise, ID 83702
 What: Exquisite 3-course dinner, hosted beer and fine wine, silent and live auctions, compelling speakers and the opportunity to make a STEM-tastic impact for future generations of Idaho innovators!
 Attire: Wear your brightest neon for a brighter future! Add pops of color to your outfit or splash out in neon from head to toe. Cocktail attire is encouraged.

 Support the expansion and renovation of the Discovery Center of Idaho to better serve our children and community with greater accessibility, flexible space and more inspiration in STEM and the arts
 Support our ability to serve more people in more ways with our new building through expanded gallery spaces, additional classroom spaces and learning labs for students
 Support our ability to reach new audiences by way of school age competitions in STEM design and creativity, new internship opportunities, and a world-class library of accessible virtual learning resources for enrichment across the State of Idaho and beyond.

Proceeds from our Science with Style Gala will fund full interior and exterior renovations, ensuring the Center remains our region’s premier informal STEM and art education institution.
